With 15 years of experience as an e-commerce manager, omnichannel strategist & marketing professional, I’m your partner for digital (brand) acceleration. But before we go into that, let me first explain the name ‘Disarti’ a bit. Disarti is an Italian nickname that was given by my father to our family in the 90’s. As my real last name ‘Schreurs’ refers to tailors in Dutch, Disarti (or rather Sarti) is a derivative of this in Italian.

Starting at bol.com in 2009, as a Product Manager Games, was one of the best career choises in life. Bol.com is the number one e-commerce platform in the Benelux. Here, I learned all aspects of digital commerce at a pure player. 2017 – 2021

After my time at bol.com, I felt the urge to utilise my broad e-commerce knowledge. I wanted to work for a sports company that was not only active online but also had a wide portfolio of stores. I was given the change to start as Senior E-commerce Manager at Perry & Aktiesport (Sports Unlimited Retail / JD Sports). Re-branding sports retailers Perry & Aktiesport to Sprinter

2021 – 2023

After 5 years of working on the digital and omnichannel elevation of Perry & Aktiesport, a new chapter in my career began… JD Sports sold the Dutch sports retail brands internally to the Iberian Sports Retail Group (ISRG), a well established company within the JD Group that focusses on performance sports. With it’s Spanish roots and more than 400 stores in Iberia, Sprinter knows it’s way around the sports market.

In October 2021, I got promoted to Head of E-commerce & Marketing, where I was responsible for marketing and e-commerce of Perry & Aktiesport. Behind the scenes I was also “secretly” working with my team on the introduction of Sprinter Sports in the Netherlands. Read More
